IFHP is partnering with Smart City Expo World Congress

Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) is a high-calibre, global congress and expo critically debating the ambitions and scenarios for our future cities.

The world is changing. Cities need to be smarter than ever in order to improve everyone’s quality of life. The annual SCEWC plays a key role in finding the best ideas and solutions for smart cities. In November IFHP is participating in the event in Barcelona where experts and leaders share their latest developments, results and strategies.

At the congress IFHP participants will be able to connect with the absolute leading organisations, companies, foundations and cities in the urban development field. The strong partnership will expand the IFHP network to include urban planning professionals, urban thought leaders, city leaders and companies and foundations operating in the urban development field focusing on smart technologies and sustainable development.

The IFHP will be facilitating two 1-hour debates with high profile speakers and report from the event through blogs and exclusive interviews with keynote speakers. All blog entries and filmed interviews will be broadcasted on the IFHP Channel and DAC.

SCEWC is an annual congress and expo held in November in Barcelona with approximately 7.000 visitors, 140 companies and 3.055 delegates from countries around the world. The first congress took place in 2011. This year the congress will be from 19th to 21st November 2013.
