A new chapter for IFHP begins in Rotterdam

On 21 st October 2025, the IFHP Board Members and CEO gathered in Rotterdam to mark an important milestone, the transition of IFHP from Copenhagen to Rotterdam.

During this visit, we hosted several roundtable discussions focused on future agenda setting and content development for the coming years. Alongside these inspiring conversations, we also finalised key legal and governance steps, including both the IFHP Board and Ordinary Council Meetings.
We will be sharing a series of updates in the coming days with insights from these discussions and upcoming strategic directions.

We are also pleased to announce a few important governance and team developments here, and some more to be shared in our next posts:
Erik Pasveer and Maurits Schaafsma have been elected to join the IFHP Board. We welcome them whole heartedly and looking forward to work with their guidance in future. Paul Gerretsen has been appointed as the new CEO of IFHP. And Alankrita Sarkar has been appointed as Director of Operations.

Together with Esther Agricola, Gary Klassen, Klaus Peter Hillebrand, Katy Lock and Regitze Marianne Hess, we are excited to start this new chapter from Rotterdam. We look forward to strengthening collaboration and engagement with our members and partners across the globe.
