  • Member names, address, gender, date of birth, email, home city, job title, employer, cities and themes of interest, payment details. In addition, Stripe manages data relevant to online payments via our website, kindly refer to Stripe privacy policy.

Where is the data stored?

  • Shared drives on Microsoft Onedrive, payment data stored in seperate password protected files. For data storage by Stripe, kindly refer to Stripe privacy policy.

Who can access the data?

  • CEO and secretariat staff. For payment details: CEO and accountant. For data managed by Stripe, kindly refer to Stripe privacy policy.

What rights do you have to process data?

How do you meet your obligation to provide information?

When must data be erased?

  • Data will be deleted 5 years after ended membership. For data managed by Stripe, kindly refer to Stripe privacy policy.

What are the security precautions regarding your data?

  • Precautions include individual passwords, firewall and antivirus software. For data managed by Stripe, kindly refer to Stripe privacy policy.

Agreement on data processing

  • We have data processing agreements with Prins IT, Ravn IT, Serv-IT, Consultant Poul Anker Gensmann, Navision, Microsoft and Danske Bank. For data managed by Stripe, kindly refer to Stripe privacy policy.

In the case of a data breach, Serv-IT is contacted and will be responsible for identifying the error. A report is made to Datatilsynet (Danish Data Protection Authorities) within 72 hours. For breach of data managed by Stripe, kindly refer to Stripe privacy policy.
