The Learning Labs is an online exchange and learning platform between IFHP and Deltametropolis Association, aiming to foster knowledge exchange and develop practical, scalable solutions that can be implemented across diverse urban contexts. Through a blend of international expertise, case studies, and collaborative discussions, this 9-part series helped lay the groundwork for innovative urban planning strategies adaptable to cities worldwide.

This report captures what that year of dialogue produced: the key insights, the recurring tensions, and the directions worth pursuing further. It is a starting point, not a conclusion, for the work still ahead.
