Our Plea

Our Plea is a collective response to the European Affordable Housing Plan (2025). Its 16 points were developed through a series of convenings drawing on the expertise of practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and residents from across Europe. They reflect shared concerns and collective ambition. Across Europe, rising costs, displacement, and inadequate housing supply threaten social inclusion, cohesion, and decent living.
